In my travels with JEM, I have been to Houston, Texas, Aurora, Orlando, Pittsburgh, Nashville, and the island of Oahu! During my travels, what I enjoyed most was building a supervisor and lifeguard team. The excitement I get when working with like-minded people is exhilarating. Watching the supervisors and lifeguards working together with passion as a single unit is why I do what I do in training leaders and lifeguards. To watch the team grow and come together with their lifeguard skills maintaining a high quality standard.
In order to continue growth in the aquatics field, I enjoy sharing my knowledge with supervisors and lifeguards. We must continue to grow the new leaders for the aquatics industry in order to keep our aquatics passion alive. The more we share our passion for aquatics, the more it will spread throughout the industry.
